THird THursday of each month. Open only to Canyoneering Karma Passport holders and Instant Karma level (or higher) Patreon supporters.
Spend an evening online with Rich and tap into the knowledge he has gained over 40+ years of canyoneering, guiding and teaching. Discussions will focus on what are referred to as “soft skills” such as problem-solving, group dynamics and leadership using scenarios in our discussions. Some scenarios will come from real accidents and incidents. Some will come from Rich’s past guiding experiences.
You are encouraged to suggest your own scenarios for discussion as well. Situations you have been in that presented challenges? Near misses? Challenging partners?
Each mentoring session will be unique. You are encouraged to participate often.
