Course Refresher Privilege
If you completed any of our courses within the past 5 years, you are welcome to retake the same course or an equivalent course for 1/2 the current course price, on a space available basis.
Let us know which upcoming course you want to re-take (location and dates) and we will put you on a waiting list for that course. If space is available in the course we will notify you.
Private Courses
If our schedule and training objectives do not match yours, consider private custom training. Private courses can be tailored to your specific needs and taught at your location.
If you oranize a private course with a minimum of six paying students, you as the organizer can participate for 1/2 off the normal price.
Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk
Prior to the beginning of instruction, all participants are required to complete and sign a Course Registration Form which includes a Voluntary Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk.
Cancellation Policy
IF WE CANCEL …
It is our general policy not to cancel training events, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or poor training site conditions, leave us with no choice. When these circumstances do arise we will do our best to make alternate arrangements to continue with the event. If we are unable to do so, you will have the option to:
- have your payment applied to the event when it is rescheduled
- have your payment applied to a different future event
- receive a full refund
Inadequate Registration
We prefer not to cancel events due to inadequate student registration. In the rare event that the circumstance does arise, we may choose to reduce the duration of the event. With fewer students than normal you will receive more personalized attention and we may be able to cover the same curriculum in a shorter amount of time.
IF YOU CANCEL …
More than 30 Days
If you cancel for any reason more than 30 days prior to the event, you will have the option to have your payment applied to a different future event, or receive a full refund.
Less than 30 Days, More than 10 Days
If you cancel for any reason less than 30 days but more than 10 days prior to the event, we will apply your payment – minus a 20% cancellation fee – to a different future event. You will not be entitled to a refund. We will, however, accommodate requests to accept a replacement if you are able to find someone to take your place in the course.
Less than 10 Days
If you cancel for any reason less than 10 days prior to the event you will forfeit your payment.
We are not responsible for any other expenses you may incur due to the cancellation of a training event. Including, but not limited to, travel and accommodations.

Life is too short to accept or perpetuate negative energy, especially when dealing with material things and money. If you have a problem with your gear or with our service, talk to us. We will work it out.

FROM RICH — Fortunatly I am a pretty decent instructor because retail is just not my forte. I sell gear that I designed, along with a few other things that I recommend my students have for courses. Having an online store just seems to make sense and I truly desire to give all of my customers exceptional service. There are times, unfortunately, that my travel and training schedule make it difficult to keep up with inventory and/or orders.
Many of my gear customers are also my students. They buy from me to support what I do and for that I am eternally grateful. I am grateful for their patience and understanding when I am living in a tent somewhere or doing volunteer work in a remote village and cannot respond quickly to their inquiries.
