Locations
You can come to us in southern Utah (Cedar City or St. George) or Las Vegas … or we can come to you. We have conducted courses in many parts of the U.S., Mexico, Canada and around the world.
Become a Course Organizer
We sometimes schedule open enrollment courses — we choose the course level, location and dates, and the courses are open to anyone to enroll.
Once announced, we receive dozens of messages from people who tell us they have been waiting to take a course from us but wish we chose a different course level, different location or different dates.
To address this recurring issue we are offering an incentive for course organizers. If you organize a group of at least six students who have similar objectives and agree upon a location and dates, you, the organizer can participate FREE.

NOTE: For course locations more than a 3-4 hour drive from us, you may incur additional expenses for your instructor’s travel and accommodations.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is payable on or before the start of the course.

Cancellation and Refunds
IF WE CANCEL …
It is extremely rare for us to cancel a course, except in case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, which is always at our sole discretion.
We will reschedule or make every effort to provide a comparable experience. If not possible you will receive a full refund.
IF YOU CANCEL …
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking.
If you cancel for any reason more than 21 days prior to your course, we will give you credit toward a future course, if rescheduled within 90 days.
If you cancel for any reason less than 21 days prior to your course, no credit or refund will be given.
WHAT IF OUR NUMBERS CHANGE?
At time of booking you will pay a 50% deposit based on the number of students you anticipate in your group. The balance, due on or before the start of the course, will be based on the actual number of students x the price per day for that number.
Example 1: If you anticipated 3 students, but only 2 participate; You would have paid a $435 deposit (50% of (3 x $290)). You will owe a balance of $315 ((2 x $375) minus the $435 deposit).
Example 2: If you attempted to organize a group of 6 students (including yourself), but only 4 participate (including yourself); You would have paid a $562.50 deposit (50% of ($225 x 5)). x 5 because you would participate free as the organizer of a group of 6. You will owe a balance of $437.50 ((4 x $250) minus the $562.50 deposit).
