Here’s how it works: Gather 5 friends or colleagues who share similar training goals, and as the organizer, you attend at no cost. You get the exact course you want, when and where you want it, plus the satisfaction of bringing valuable skills to your community.

Why we offer this: While our open enrollment courses fill quickly, we consistently hear from people wanting different locations, dates, or skill levels. This program puts you in control.

NOTE: For course locations more than a 3-4 hour drive from us, you may incur additional expenses for your instructor’s travel and accommodations.

Pricing is Per Person, Per Day

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is payable on or before the start of the course.

Cancellation and Refunds

IF WE CANCEL …

It is extremely rare for us to cancel a course, except in case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, which is always at our sole discretion.

We will reschedule or make every effort to provide a comparable experience. If not possible you will receive a full refund.

IF YOU CANCEL …

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking.

If you cancel for any reason more than 21 days prior to your course, we will give you credit toward a future course, if rescheduled within 90 days.

If you cancel for any reason less than 21 days prior to your course, no credit or refund will be given.

WHAT IF OUR NUMBERS CHANGE?

At time of booking you will pay a 50% deposit based on the number of students you anticipate in your group. The balance, due on or before the start of the course, will be based on the actual number of students x the price per day for that number.
